What is Alpha GPC?
Alpha GPC, short for L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine, is a Choline source. Choline is a nutrient that is soluble in water and belongs to the B-complex vitamins.
The level of acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter) in the brain is increased by L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine.

A dose of 300mg-600mg per day is recommended. On training days, take the Alpha GPC 45 minutes to an hour before training.
If you are not used to using nootropics, start with a lower dose and see if this provides sufficient benefits for you. If really necessary, the recommended dose can be doubled, but not if you use other nootropics in addition to Alpha GPC. Preferably keep the total amount under 1200mg.
Some mild side effects can occur, especially when starting to use nootropics. These are, for example, headache, fatigue, nervousness, nausea and diarrhea.
